Converse with customer to determine destinations, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required;

Respond with all the communication facilities including telephone, e-mail, and online chat;

Plan itineraries, and arrange accommodations and other travel services for customers;

Compute cost of travel and accommodations, quote package tours' costs;

Offer airport / station pick-up service, car hire, tour guide/ interpreter companion, ticket & hotel booking;

Provide customers with brochures and publications containing travel information, such as local customs, places of interest, and special events occurring in various locations, or foreign country regulations, such as currency limitations.
