Day 1 (Tue): Arrive Beijing
Upon arrival, you'll be met and transferred to the hotel. The rest of the day is free at your own leisure.
Hotel: Beijing International Hotel (5-star).
Day 2 (Wed): Beijing (B L)
This morning, visit the renowned imperial site – the Temple of Heaven (UNESCO), the largest complex of temple buildings in China now, where the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for good harvests. You will also see local people doing Taiji and morning exercises there. Then head to Tian'anmen Square and the extravagant the largest Imperial Palace in the world - the Forbidden City (UNESCO). Then approach to the largest imperial garden in the world, the elegant Summer Palace (UNESCO).
Day 3 (Thu): Beijing (B L)
In the morning, pay a visit to the Shaolin Kungfu Training School or the the seven-kilometer-long Sacred Way(UNESCO), which is affiliated with the Ming Tombs and lined with eighteen pairs of marvelous stone creatures. Then head to Great Wall Badaling (UNESCO) and walking along its ramparts for breathtaking view of the largest man power project in ancient. During the way back to Beijing, photo stop at the Bird's Nest & Water Cube if time allows. Visit a Jade Carving Factory and observe the skilled artisans at work as they create intricate designs en route.
Day 4 (Fri) : Beijing/Xi'an (B L)
After breakfast, transfer to the airport and take the flight to Xi'an. Upon arrival, meet your guide and pay a visit to the Grand Mosque, which blends Islamic mosque styles and traditional Chinese architectural elements. Stroll along the Muslim Street, which is full of local delicacies and snacks. Afterwards, visit the Bell Tower, which is known as the symbol of Xi'an, and its history can be traced back to the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644).

Day 5 (Sat): Xi'an (B L TD)
In the morning, visit the UNESCO site of Terracotta Warriors & Horses, which is known as the "eighth marvel in the world" and shocked the people all over the world with their magnificent vigor and outstanding carving art. Then admire the Ancient City Wall, which is one of the oldest walls in China and still compasses the center of Xi'an. Afternoon on the route back the city we visit the Ceramics & Pottery Center. Tonight enjoy Dumpling Dinner & Tang Dynasty Show.
Day 6 (Sun): Xi'an/Chongqing (B L D)
In the morning, transfer to the airport for the flight to Chongqing. Afternoon sightseeing of Panda Zoo, embark MV President No. 1 Cruise (standard cabin with private balcony).
With UNESCO site of Three Gorges, the Yangtze River is the third longest river in the world and the largest in China. The President Cruises on the Yangtze River are superior & luxury boats specially designed for foreign visitors and it has provided the excellent service for over 18 years with a good reputation. The staffs are very talent and even organize us for join their talent show and entertainments on board.
Day 7 (Mon): On the Cruise (B L D)
Start our sailing for a distance of 430 miles in all the great gorges and the deep mountain valleys. Afternoon reach to the Ghost City of Fengdu for a shore excursion, the temples here reveal ancient Chinese religion and legends with their imaged constructions and the ghost statures for people lucky praying.
Day 8 (Tue): On the Cruise (B L D)
Sailing into the first Qutang Gorge and the second Wu Gorge and the river changes to wildly stirring, riffle water along with numerous swirling bubbles. The mossy cliffs are hemmed by the hanging pathways under the Twelve Peaks. After the boat reaches to famed Shennong Stream, we change to the small boat and sail deep into the fabled Three Lesser Gorges of 3 hours exploration. We continue sail into the third Xiling Gorge and pass through many historical sites. Finally sail through the huge Three Gorges Dam and the 5 ship locks with lowering the boat down 412 feet.
Day 9 (Wed): Yichang/Shanghai (B L)
Arrive at Yichang and disembark the cruise. Cruise lunch included. Transfer to the airport and take a flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, met and transferred to the hotel. The rest of the day is free at your own leisure.
Hotel: Ocean Hotel Shanghai.
Day 10 (Thu): Shanghai (B L D)
In the morning, visit the Yu Garden (UNESCO), which is a famous ancient private garden with architectures of Ming and Qing dynasties. Then visit Shanghai Museum, a large-scale comprehensive art museum, which collects 21 kinds of cultural relics with the number of 123,000 pieces, which are mainly bronze ware, painting and calligraphy. Afterwards head to Xintiandi, a very well-known boutique area composed together with fashion and tradition, fan & elegant. Continue to take a visit to the bustling Bund - the symbol of Shanghai, which is a must for Chinese and foreign tourists coming to Shanghai. In the evening, enjoy the Acrobatic show, which is one entertainment that must not be missed on a visit to Shanghai. .
Day 11 (Fri): Shanghai/Suzhou/Shanghai (B L)
In the morning, take a bus excursion to Suzhou, which is renowned as Oriental Venice for its exquisite canals, artificial architectures and elegant gardens. Visit the Master of Nets Garden, which is unique for its small size and exquisite buildings, elegant landscape, and compact structure. Then head to Lingering Garden,one of the four most famous gardens in China. Afterwards, cruise along the Grand Canal in the city to enjoy the charming scenery. If time permits, pay visit to the Silk Spinning Factory and the Local Market. Later, return to Shanghai by bus.
Day 12 (Sat): Exit Shanghai (B)
Leisure and departure transfer to airport for homeward flight. End of tour.
