Hello, I am from Chicago of Illinois, travel with my wife and one of her sisters. This is our first trip to China, we are very fortunately for choosing Chinatraveldesigner for our tour company, our tour advisor Zhongxin has been wonderful. We’ve been able through the internet to make customized what we want to see with Mary. Many wonderful things, The Great Wall, The Forbidden City, Xi’an, The Warriors. The Rice Field. And I am standing, the two of the Pagoda, the service being excellent. We would say an unusual travelling for ten days and we really do not have any bad comments. Our guide has been very flexible, very helpful. The driver’s been right there. It makes traveling so easy. Use what kind of hotel, your car is there, You have a guide to help you, so I highly recommend using chinatraveldesigner, their web site is extensive, wonderful and give you links all the information you need, so I thanks Zhongxin and chinatraveldesigner for a wonderful experience for us.

Hi Jessie, What a great tour! Thank you for organizing! Everything worked smoothly and we enjoyed the sites, food and our guides. Almost all the meals were exceptional as was the ambience of most restaurants. Hard to pick one meal as the best - but maybe the Peking duck. We liked all of the restaurants a lot except for the buffet lunch at the tourist hotel in Xi’an - I’d recommend pulling this off the list. The guides did a good job of ensuring that I was safe with my peanut allergy. Selection was great, but always too much food - we felt guilty we couldn’t finish everything. All the drivers were professional and had nice cars. The driver in Beijing seemed the friendliest and most professional, but maybe that was because we were with them longer. The guide and driver coordinated nicely to drop us off and pick us up in different locations. The driver in Xi’an and Huangshan seemed to know a little English, while the other drivers did not. All of the hotels were very good. Minor issues - hotel in Datong had a very hard mattress, which made it hard to sleep as we are used to much softer mattresses. Also, the breakfast in Huangshan wasn't as good as the others. Our favorite guide was Allen, our guide in Datong/Pingyao, who was very friendly, knowledgeable and open. Alen was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of insight into the history of various sites. In addition, Allen was very open to discussing all aspect of Chinese culture, economy, etc, which is fascinating to someone who has never been to China before. In addition, Allen is also fairly fluent in Spanish, so my wife, who knows Spanish, was able to converse with him in Spanish, in addition to English. Allen also provided excellent very cheap recommendations for meals when we were on our own. Overall, Allen was an excellent guide and I hope you continue to work with him. Overall, the tour was great. There were multiple complicated logistics (4 in-country flights) as well as numerous drives. The guides and drivers in each city coordinated nicely to make everything run smoothly. In addition, the guides ensured that I did not experience any problems from my severe peanut allergy - I felt very safe with them. Whenever we are in China next, we are sure to use your service. We would like to thank you for the excellent services and arrangements we had during our China visit. Overall we can say the service had been very good. The food arrangements were well done. As we are very strict for not eating Pork, and this represented a big challenge, but all went just fine. We enjoyed the Beijing Duck dinner so much also the lunch in Beijing was good. In Shanghai the food arrangements have been very good. The guides were very friendly, helpful, cooperatives and good in English and their knowledge and information were perfect. Dear Mr. Hong, The trip went very well, with no major problems and any minor ones sorted out instantly. The guides were all excellent and showed great care. For instance, the guide at Yichang went to special trouble to let my bus driver know where I was going and he, in turn, looked out for me at intermediate stops and toilet breaks during the journey. What could have been a very frightening experience was actually pleasant. All the guides were waiting for me, clearly marked, so arrivals were worry-free. That was particularly important at the dark, back-street bus terminal in Wuhan. The itinerary you developed for me was everything I wanted and well-paced. I was soaking up information at a huge rate, so that I really felt I was working hard, but I wanted to acquire a sense of China’s history and present, so that was all good as far as I was concerned. Overall summary: my family wants to make China their next overseas family holiday destination. I’m not sure precisely when that will be, but we will be back seeking your assistance in the not too distant future (12-18 months away, perhaps) to organize that. Kind regards,

Dear Ms.Cui The meals were of uniformly high quality and it is difficult to choose one above the others. But my favorite was the excellent meal in Xian served at the dinner theater. Our two guides were excellent. Each focused on looking after us-and worked very hard at doing so. Both had good English language skills-so that communication was not a problem. Both were very knowledgeable about the places on our tour. Both cars were well maintained by the drivers. The drivers were excellent in traffic which would have bothered me a lot. Your services were excellent. The arrangements proceeded without any difficulties-and all of the visits which were scheduled took place. There was never a time when we felt that we were not being cared for in the best fashion. Both of our guides provided excellent service-but my wife and I felt that Richard was especially outstanding. I have no hesitation in recommending your service to my friends-and indeed I have done so since our return. With my best regards.

Let us tell you that our travel to China was an marvelous experience, unforgettable and pleasant places and people as a whole. The work of the guides Emma, Teresa and Bob was outstanding with perfect knowledge of places. They explained us not only the development of each region, but also others data like the typical meal of each place. The tour in Shanghai city was excellent with our guide Bob. They also showed excellent skill communications and we state, they conducted themselves in a very polite and nice manner. The same statement is valid for drivers in the three cities. Overall the quality of the hotels was superb in Beijing and Xian. Anyway the travel was a great and amazing experience because the beautiful of landscapes and cities, the good working of our guides and drivers and the commitment and dedication of China travel designer to become the tour to China in a pleasant and unforgettable experience.
