Dear Mr Chen Hong, I would like to take the opportunity to provide feedback on my recent trip to Tibet. I apologize that it took so long. I encourage others to travel to Tibet and use the services of China Travel Designer and Lhadup. If I had to travel again to Tibet I would do it only via using the services of China Travel Designer, represented by yourself, and with Lhadup as the guide. You helped us turn a dream into reality and into a real success. In terms of planning, your advice, Mr Chen Hong, in terms of when to travel and obtaining the necessary permits was the foundation to a successful trip. You proposed a most efficient tour to ensure we could see the maximum in a relaxed way. The transportation, the accommodation and the restaurant bookings all worked out very well. Your personal follow-up and availability was reassuring and key to the success of the trip. Similarly the representatives of China Travel Designer in the Lhasa office were most helpful. Once in Tibet, the key to our success will be the driver and the guide. We were incredibly lucky and privileged with our Tibetan guide, Lhadup. He is just one out of a million, or simply so representative of the Tibetan character. Lhadup, not only was extremely knowledgeable about Tibetan history, geography, about Buddhist religion, that we could not detect a flaw. He knew more than all guide books combined. But mostly he is an incredible human being. Patient, helpful, creative, resourceful and flexible. Without Lhadup our visit of Tibet would not have been the success it has been. Without his patience and helpfulness my wife would not have succeeded in completing the kora around Mt Kailash. Without Lhadup's resourcefulness and creativity we would not have been able to visit Samye. Lhadup is also flexible and inventive as he showed when he proposed often during the trip to change restaurant or to shorten the trip by driving a bit longer on the new roads and booking the changed accommodation. We will gladly recommend your and Lhadup services to anyone we know that is keen on visiting Tibet. Thank you.

Dear Zhong Xin, We got back from our trip yesterday. I wanted to let you know that we had a splendid time. All of our flights were on time. At each airport along the way our guide was waiting for us with the driver. The guides were all very good. We especially appreciated Jerry Wang's diligent efforts on our behalf in Beijing. He really went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything went smoothly. By the end of our time in Beijing, we considered him our friend. Alex (in Xi'an) did a good job of trying to straighten out the problems with the Grand Mercure. Hill Jiang was super flexible and helped organize and lead our tour of the Yangshuo countryside by electric bike, organized our evening show and was great at accommodating our friend Ming and her son on short notice. Alex, in Hong Kong, was very knowledgeable and very conscientious. As promised, the hotel in Beijing (the Regent) was excellent in all respects (rooms, meals and facilities). The Grand Mercure in Xi'an was in a nice location, but the rooms were a bit dated and the carpet in the rooms really needs to be replaced. They also put us initially in a "non-smoking room" that reeked of cigarette smoke. After I complained, they moved us to a truly non-smoking room, but it only had twin beds. After our guide complained, they managed to combine the beds into a king. I don't think it really qualifies as a five star hotel by international standards. (It certainly isn't in the same class a

How are you today? Sorry it has taken me so long to write but I have inundated with work since I have returned back home and to the office. Thank you for all your help with my itinerary as my journey as it always is when I travel to China a wonderful experience. I must congratulate and extend my thanks to all your local guides and drivers that I had the privilege to meet during my trip. Their knowledge and passion for their job and destination was very professional. I have spoken with my product manager about China Travel Designer and recommended your agency as an alternative operator for us China. But of course at the end of the day it is senior management who makes the decision as to who we use. I hope you do understand. Cara Sofia,   I felt that I should let you know about our recent trip to China that you helped to organize.   We had an exciting time, with such a range of sights and experiences. I enjoyed our trip to China due to your assistance. BEIJING Our guide in Beijing, CoCo, met us as planned at the airport. She was organized and on time for each day and helped re-structure our time so that we had a little more free time, which was great. The New World Courtyard was very good, and convenient. A short walk to markets, shops, parks and the train which we bravely used! Each of the sights of Beijing was breathtaking and memorable and we were fortunate to have excellent weather, with clear skies and no rain, especially when we went to the Great Wall. The surprise highlight could have been the Lama Temple which was such a quiet oasis in the busy city. The lunches we had were generally good but I would suggest that the meal at the Friendship Store (on the Great Wall day) was quite westernized and not great.   XIAN CoCo helped us get onto the train for an enjoyable overnight to Xian. In Xian we had YaoYuen (Wendy) who was equally helpful and tolerated us well when we decided that we wanted to ride the full length of the city wall. This was not to be missed with any tour, I would suggest. Our trip to the Warriors was again highlighted by our need to eat (all very hungry) and Wendy found a little local shop near Huaqing Hot Springs where we had a wonderful meal of noodle soup

My friend and I recently took a trip on the Trans-Siberian Railroad from St Petersburg to Beijing, and we were in Beijing from April 22 to 25 of this year. Kelly was our tour guide for the two days that we were in Beijing. We wanted to write you to commend you on Kelly’s excellent services. She was the best person to show us around Beijing. She is knowledgeable, her English is excellent, and she was very energetic and friendly. Her stories brought Beijing and the history of China alive for us and made every tour extremely interesting. She was very accommodating and flexible when we had a special request, and in general treated us like royalty. It was due to Kelly that we had a very enjoyable three days in Beijing.
