Hi Cui, We are overall satisfied with our trip to Beijing and the services provided by chinatraveldesigner. You worked out the itinerary with us with much patience and everything worked out, for the most part, without any unpleasant surprises. Pickup at the airport and hotel check-in were smooth and re-assuring. Amenities at the hotel were good, although the 120 Yuen a day charge for Internet access was high and unexpected. Both the tour guide and the driver, were pleasant, polite, punctual and helpful. We think Mr. Liang was in other respects a good tour guide. His English was very good and we had no problem understanding each other. He was also knowledgeable on the facts and history concerning the sites. He was pleasant and polite, as mentioned above, and might have been viewed as a very efficient tour guide for those who wanted to see many places. Lastly, to make up for the short tours, we were pleased that Mr. Liang and the driver did accommodate us when we wanted to use the time for a couple of sites that were not in the original plan.

We have had the best possible experience we could have imagined. China is a beautiful and friendly country. More importantly, your service was the major factor in how much we enjoyed ourselves. Our consultants helped us to create a fully customized trip for the three of us that was fantastic. Also having two adults and a 10 year old was easily handled by you ensuring we could all be together in accommodation and on flights. Your advice prior to our trip and your quick responses to all our emails helped us immensely in planning our itinerary. In fact you made it simple for us to tour China even though we had no knowledge of the language. Starting in Wuhan and at every stop there after each guide was waiting for us along with the driver to ensure we had no worries or had to panic about getting anywhere on our own. Likewise each guide saw us through check in and ensured we were all set to board our next flight, train or boat. In particular here I must mention Lisa in Chongqing, who had waited to see us off and then saw our very tall 10 year old was stopped by airport security as they didn’t seem to believe a 10 year old could be taller than all of them.. Lisa was fantastic rushing through the gates and check in area to talk directly with security on our behalf and sort out the problem. Likewise in Xian, our fantastic guide, Lily , waited at the train station with us for an hour and half, and then actually came to the train to ensure we got the right cabin. All our guides were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, and were able to customize each location to allow for the places we most wanted to see. For example in Guilin we visited the Tiger and Bear Sanctuary which was not on our original program, but to see hundreds of tigers in one place was simply stunning and a highlight of our trip. We were also able to explore on our own whenever we wished which was a great opportunity to interact with a wide variety of locals. My family and I totally recommend the chinatraveldesigner services to anyone who is looking to visit China and I am happy to confirm any aspect of this testimonial if someone wishes to email me. Dear Huang, Generally excellent. Breakfast at the replacement hotel in Yangshuo was adequate. Your warning about the Li river lunch was unnecessary. We found the food quite ok. Our guide was excellent. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The driver was friendly and capable and got us everywhere on time and safely. The car was always clean. This was the second trip with chinatraveldesigner.com and we thoroughly recommend you. The alterations to our itinerary needed because of a change to our flight arrival time were made without difficulty, and our guide was extremely flexible and accommodating during our trip. Zhang Yimou's Liu Sanjie lightshow in Yangshuo, staged before the spectacular hills that surround the city, was an incredible evening.

Dear Zhong, My wife and I just got back from China last night. Thanks for your arrangement on our tours. Here are some of the comments on our China tours: On the whole we have no complaints about the food that we have had. We particularly enjoy the meals provided at Four Points Sheraton Hotel in Lhasa. They provided ample choices for us. Generally, we believe that the standard of food provided for our trip in China had lifted the level. As far as we were concerned, we considered the food was satisfactory. All the guides provided were satisfactory. They spoke fairly good English and have good knowledge about the places that we visited. The trip to Lhasa was no doubt a memorable one and especially the train journey from Lhasa to Lanzhou. Your recommendation of not spending more than one night in the train was right. The comfort in the train is still much to be desired. However, the spectacular view of the landscape that the train travelled through had well compensated the poor-to-fair facility provided by the train. My wife and I have been using the services of china travel designer for more than ten years.
