Normally this is flexible but even so, it is suggested you book well in advance, especially if you plan to travel during the high season when the competition for the hotels and air or train tickets becomes very keen.

How long will it be before my reservation is confirmed?
It all depends. Normally the reservation can be confirmed within one or two days if the booking of airline tickets and hotels goes smoothly.

After making a booking online, how much time does it take before I get a confirmation email?
Generally, we will get back to you within 24 hours in working day after you made a booking online.

When will I get a confirmation letter?
Once we have received the 'Payment Guarantee' Fax from you, we will process your booking order immediately and send you confirmation letter when everything is confirmed as what we proposed. The process of confirming your tour will take 1 to 10 days depending on how early and how unique your tour is.

How can I amend or cancel my booking?
Should you wish to amend or cancel your existing booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Simply go to the Contact Us page which provides many options for contacting us, or email. Please ensure you quote your confirmation number and one of our reservation consultants will get back to you as quickly as possible.

How far in advance should I make my reservation?
We recommend you to make the reservation three to six weeks before your trip. However, the earlier you make a reservation, the better selection you can choose from.
