Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept the payment with credit card by Paypal. PayPal is the preferred way to send secure online payments. You can use Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards to checkout your payment easily and fast.

What is the general deposit and payment rule?

1. A non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of total tour cost is required at the time a reservation is confirmed.
2. The full and/or final payment is required 30 days before departure for your China tour.
3. Should the tour be booked within 30 days before departure for your China tour, full payment is required.

How can I pay for my items?

There are two ways of payment:

1. Bank transfer
Payment should be made by bank transfer to the Bank of China, Beijing, to the US$ bank account of the China International Travel Service Head Office. If you make payment in mainland China, please choose RMB account for payment. It may take 4-7 days for your payment to reach our account.

2. Credit card online payment via PayPal
PayPal is the preferred way to send secure online payments at chinatraveldesigner.com. You can use Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards to checkout your payment easy and fast.

How can I pay by bank transfer?

Payment should be made by bank transfer to the Bank of China, Beijing, to the USD bank account of the China International Travel Service Head Office. If you make payment in mainland China, please choose CNY account for payment. It may take 4-7 days for your payment to reach our account.

NOTES:
(1) Please specify “your consultant's name” and "tour code" when you do the payment.
(2) Please send us the bank receipt by fax after you made the payment and write down your “Tour Code”. The fax number: 0086-10-65221733/ 65221730.
(3) A voucher with the confirmation will be provided upon receipt. We will start booking as soon as we get the payment.

When will I need to make final payment?

The final payment for your China tour is required 30 days prior to the departure date.

What evidence of payment do I get from you after payment is made?

A voucher will be provided after the payment is received.
